Shipping terms and costs 

We currently offer Ground Shipping through USPS, free over $35.00 spent on our Site. Orders under $35.00 will be subject to carrier shipping fees, as indicated on our Site. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days, sometimes longer depending on where you live. More shipping options are under consideration, especially to expedite your order and receive it quicker.  

Gift cards are digital and available immediately, at no shipping costs. 

Most orders placed on a business day are usually processed within the same day. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please contact customer service by email at contact.us@cafejoyeux.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to stop the shipment. Free Shipping is valid for orders over $35.00.  

Shipping restrictions 

Although we would love to offer our coffee to everyone as inclusion knows no limits, we currently do not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and outside of the United States or to APO/FPO Military Addresses. 

Order tracking 

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information will be provided to you so you can check the status of your order at any time. Haven’t received any email from us? Let us know (by email😊) and we’ll update you on your order status.
