Returns & Refunds Policy
At Café Joyeux, we are all about inclusion but there’s one thing we don’t accept: returns! However, we are happy to consider credits on our Site. Here are a few situations you may encounter. If none of these apply to you, just shoot us an email at contact.us@cafejoyeux.com and we’ll figure something out!
You don’t like the blend you ordered as much as you thought you would?
Although we offer specialty coffees that have been carefully selected, these things can happen. Email us at contact.us@cafejoyeux.com and we’ll try to find a solution for you!
Your order was damaged and arrived in poor condition?
These things happen too! In this case, please email us a photo of your package at contact.us@cafejoyeux.com and we’ll either send a replacement or grant you a credit.
Your package was delayed or lost?
This is unfortunately not on us, but we’ll find a solution. Email us at contact.us@cafejoyeux.com if you haven’t heard from anyone after 5 or 6 business days, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. Don’t worry, we won’t leave you high and dry on the coffee front, we know how much you need it!
