CAPTAIN, DO YOU HAVE A JOB FOR ME?
Our story began on a sailing boat in Brittany, France. At the steering wheel was Captain Yann Bucaille-Lanzerac, a successful French entrepreneur, generously sharing his energy and passion for sailing with others on his catamaran.
On this boat, no accommodations were spared or details overlooked; it was equipped to welcome passengers of all levels of needs and abilities.
One day, one passenger, a young man on the autism spectrum named Theo, told the Captain that a beautiful day on the sea was amazing, but what he really needed was a job... "So, Captain, do you have a job for me?". The boisterous atmosphere suddenly changed as Yann replied that he did not, “It’s complicated you know”. Theo was silent. But Yann would not stay so...
From this encounter, the vision of CAFÉ JOYEUX was born.
